A Note on the Spirit of Wyrd & Wundor

Wyrd & Wundor was created not only to explore how folklore seeps into every facet of our lives, past and present, but also to offer a place of escape when the world feels a bit heavy.

W&W spaces are dedicated to story, myth, imagination, and wonder. For that reason, they will remain free of modern politics and virtue signaling. These things will not be incorporated into our folklore umbrella, and they are not welcome within our community spaces.

All are welcome here in good faith. Curiosity, kindness, and mutual respect are expected. Speech or behavior meant to demean, intimidate, or stir hostility toward others has no place in here and will be removed.

The focus is on shared stories and creative exploration through literature, books, tv, gaming, travel, art, and the timeless magic of folklore.  This is an invitation to step away from the noise and envelope yourself in magic.
